Credentialing Process
- Work Experience: professionals with 3 or more years of related work experience
- Knowledge Exam: 150 multiple choice questions covering the nine Areas of Expertise from the ASTD Competency Model
- Work Product Assessment: a sample of recent project work and essay responses
