Awareness/Promotion Ideas

• Create ELW messages for website, emails, company newsletters (use ELW logos/graphics)
• Recap company's learning activities for year
• Promote upcoming year's planned learning initiatives

Email Ideas

• Include ELW in email signature
• Company executive(s) send email celebrating ELW
• Remind employees about learning opportunities (ex. training programs, webcasts, tuition reimbursement benefits, etc)
• Send an email to employees each day of the week with a new learning tip

Website Ideas

• Acknowledge ELW on website
• Company executive(s) ELW message on website
• Promote learning opportunities on website
• Showcase company and employees achievements on website

Recognition Ideas

• Institute an employee development recognition event
• Compile a list of people who have earned degrees or certificates during the year, and hold a special event to honor them

Learning Opportunity Ideas

• Hold an education fair or 'lunch and learn' to allow employees to learn more about the organization, the staff, and training opportunities
