Three Session Train-the-Trainer Program Session One
- Needs Assessment This session examines the theory around comprehensive Needs Assessment and provides the skills to conduct an effective needs assessment.
Session Two
- Program Design and Evaluation This 'working' session examines the theory around Program Design while providing the necessary templates to effectively design any presentation, demonstration, practice or activity. This session also includes the examination of Program Evaluation and its importance to effective training. Session Three - Delivery This session allows participants to Deliver what they have designed from previous sessions with immediate feedback.
