Proper training ensures effective programs. From analysis to design, delivery and evaluation, the best trainers and presenters are properly trained to effectively conduct programs.

Three Session Program
Session One
- Needs Assessment
This session examines the theory around comprehensive Needs Assessment
and provides the skills to conduct an effective needs analysis.
Session Two - Design and Development
This 'working' session examines the theory around program design while providing
the necessary templates to effectively Design and Develop any presentation,
demonstration, practice or activity. This session also includes the examination of
program Evaluation and its importance to effective training.
Session Three - Platform Skills
This session allows participants to Deliver what they have designed
from previous sessions with immediate feedback.
Participants also receive a CNY ASTD Membership!
