Membership Committee - Strengthen CNY ASTD through membership. Committee works on retention of current members, prospecting for members, welcoming new and prospective members, and serving as member Ambassadors for CNY ASTD.

CNY BEST Committee - Recognize excellence in learning and performance in local area while creating awareness of industry and CNY ASTD. Committee works on annual CNY BEST Learning and Performance awards process and ceremony. Committee also showcases local learning and performance practices with the annual Sharing the BEST program.

Programs Committee - Develop professional development and networking programs for CNY ASTD. Committee works on identifying and selecting program topics, format and speakers, and coordinating program event.

SIGs (Special Interest Group) Committee - Hold informal discussion groups (SIGs) around topics of interest for CNY ASTD members. Committee researches and establishes groups and group facilitators, determines meeting/program topics, and coordinates meetings.

Train-the-Trainer Committee - Provide for CNY ASTD's public and on-site Train-the-Trainer programs. Committee works on program content and delivery, trainer pool, and recruitment for participants.

Employee Learning Week (ELW) Committee - Aligning with national ASTD's Employee Learning Week campaign, create awareness of ELW in the local area. Committee works on informing members and community about ELW and ELW activities, and developing CNY ASTD ELW activities.

Services Committee - Provide additional value-added services to CNY ASTD members, highlighting national ASTD services. Committee researches, identifies and implements/ promotes service ideas.

Scholarship Committee - Develop criteria and guidelines for CNY ASTD Scholarships, along with selecting scholarship recipients.

40^th Anniversary Committee - Recognize and celebrate CNY ASTD's 40^th Anniversary.
